Post-Handover Changes.
Should it be necessary to change the vehicle description due to incorrect entry, the system will allow your Inchcape Volkswagen Motability retailer to change up to 10 days post handover day. However you may get charged. Should a change be necessary after this date the Agreement will have to be cancelled and a new application will need to be submitted. (Confirm details with your retailer)
Any changes made post delivery will require you to return to the dealership and re-enter your PIN (e-signature agreements) or to manually sign (e-signature opt-out) your amended agreement.
Your Inchcape Volkswagen Motability retailer can change any of the following online but remember you will need new documentation.
- Registration number
- Chassis number (VIN)
- Actual registration date (make sure you amend this to the first date of registration)
- Radio Code (if applicable)
- Key Code (if applicable)
- Exact car colour (next screen)
Note: if the Confirmed Delivery Date is changed at this point and the car is a renewal it will affect your supply payment!
